I am a Career Analyst, Psychologist and Certified Learning and Development Professional. I have post-graduation in MA Psychology and MBA in Finance along with Certifications in Corporate Training, NLP, Character Profiling, Child psychology and Psychometric Assessment. My sincere thanks to Ms. Shanthi Ramakrishnan for the one-on-one coaching session, and here is my genuinely feedback on the entire experience. The session helped me gain greater clarity on some of the underlying factors contributing to my confusion and enabled me to identify a few actionable insights for moving forward in my career. More importantly, it reinforced the value of reflection in decision-making. What I appreciated most was the exploratory nature of the conversation. Rather than offering ready-made solutions, Shanthi created a space that encouraged deeper reflection and self-discovery. The questions you asked were thoughtful, and often helped uncover perspectives that I had not fully examined before, may be because of being busy in the day-to- day life. I particularly valued her patience in allowing the conversation to unfold naturally. There was no pressure to arrive at immediate conclusions. And that made it much easier for me to explore my career and business-related uncertainties with honesty and openness. The entire 1 hour of conversation helped me with greater clarity, and a deeper insight on the actionable takeaways, and some really interesting next steps. Looking forward to implement the insights.
