I am Sarika Sadiq, an experienced educator and career counsellor with over 25 years in the field of education, including senior academic leadership roles in India and the UAE.  Having closely worked with students, parents and teachers across diverse curricula, I bring a deep understanding of student strengths, learning styles, and future pathways.  My approach to career counselling is student-centric, realistic and purpose-driven, guiding learners to make informed academic and career choices aligned with their abilities, interests and values.
