Dr Suja Sailesh

Dr. Suja Sailesh is a career clarity strategist, educator, and the founder of Aurevia Gradus, a career guidance and mentoring initiative dedicated to helping individuals make informed and meaningful academic and professional decisions.

With over 23 years of experience in education, counselling, and mentoring, Dr. Suja has guided students, graduates, professionals, and career returnees in discovering the right direction through a structured and reflective process. Her work focuses on helping individuals understand their strengths, interests, personality, and potential through scientific psychometric assessments and deep counselling, enabling them to make confident and well-aligned career choices.

She holds a Doctorate in Education and Career Counselling and is a Certified Career Counsellor, Certified Career Analyst, and Certified Life Coach. Her contributions to the field of career development have received international recognition from the International Career Counsellors’ Club (ICCC–UK), and she has also been nominated for the Visionary Awards 2025 for her impact in education and career guidance.

Dr. Suja works with students from Grades 8–12, university graduates, working professionals exploring career transitions, and women re-entering the workforce after career breaks. In addition to career planning, she supports individuals dealing with academic pressure, exam anxiety, self-doubt, and decision-making challenges, recognising that true clarity is both an intellectual and emotional journey.

Before dedicating herself fully to education and counselling, she worked in Human Resources, gaining valuable insight into how early career decisions influence long-term professional satisfaction and growth. This experience shapes her ethical, practical, and unbiased approach to career guidance.
