Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology from University of Delhi and being a Certified Career Coach from the National Career Development Association, USA, she has successfully counselled more than 10,000 students across India.

Her expertise extends beyond career selection to entrance exam guidance, preparation strategies, time management, profile building, and overall career planning. She has been associated with renowned institutions such as Delhi Public School Gurgaon, Jaipuria School Lucknow, Welham Girls School, and Mayo College through impactful career counselling programs.

As the former Head of the Study Abroad Department, Srishti specialises in overseas admissions, including SOP writing, profile evaluation, university applications, and visa guidance. Her students have received offers from globally prestigious universities such as University College London, Kings College London, National University of Singapore, and Australian National University.
